- Wholesale Distribution: Supplying Verkada security cameras to resellers, installers, and corporate customers.

b. Delivery Time
We aim to deliver all orders within 3-4 working business days (Local orders placed in Kuwait). However, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and we will notify you in case of any changes to the delivery schedule.
6. Returns and Refunds
a. Return Policy
We accept returns for unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@tribalsage.com.

Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved. The refund will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days.
c. Exclusions
Items damaged due to misuse, unauthorized installation, or any form of tampering will not be eligible for a refund or return.
7. Warranty
Verkada security cameras come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. Please refer to Verkada’s warranty policy for full details.

In any case, Tribal Sage Co.’s total liability will not exceed the total purchase amount of the products ordered.
